The earliest Mumbai was known for koli who were aboriginal fish tribe.Now a days India’s financial capital and the infrastructure that fulfill this, in this blog i am going to cover that. The building infrastructure which is essential for any city’s growth so let’s enlist top 10 tallest building situated in Mumbai.
1. WORLD ONE
World one is a 280.2 m (919 ft), 76-floor skyscraper in Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As of 2024, it is the second tallest building in Mumbai and in India and the third tallest overall. It is on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group.
World one was built at an estimated cost of over US $321 million. Construction began in 2011, and was initially said to be 442 m (1,450 ft) tall. But the developer failed to get approval from the Airports Authority of India for that height, the project was then stalled for a few years. Following the delay, the project was redesigned to the current height and accomplished.

2. PALAIS TOWER
Palais Royale is an under-construction super tall residential skyscraper in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The construction was began in 2005 and expected to be completed in December 2023 but due to some reason it is delayed to 2024.
The palais royle was stopped by NGOs named Janhit Manch and UHRF of Delhi who filed litigation lawsuit against the project.Then this litigation was removed because of the notice that was given by supreme court in October 2019.
PRESENT STATUS:-
The site was up for auction in 2019 but did not attract any buyers and then incomplete site was bought up by a company called honest shelters for INR 705Cr.

3. LOKHANDWALA MINERVA
The lokhandwala Minerva Lokhandwala Minerva is a 301 m (988 ft), 78-floor residential super tall skyscraper in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As of 2024, it is the tallest completed building and the second building to reach super tall height in India
The Maharashtra real estate authority has issued notice of false advertisement claiming the tower to be 90 storeys against the 77 floor approved.

4. THE LODHA PARK
Lodha Park is an 18.5-acre (7.5 ha) luxury residential skyscraper project which was developed by the Lodha Group in the upscale Lower Parel neighborhood of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The land for the project was purchased from DLF Limited in 2012 for approximately ₹2,800 crore
Lodha the Park Towers were the tallest buildings in India from 2019 to 2020, until surpassed by World One in 2020, which in turn was surpassed by Lokhandwala Minerva in 2023. The towers are currently the 6th tallest buildings in India.

5. OMKAR 1973
Omkar 1973 Worli is a residential multi-skyscraper project located in Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is a 3-tower development project by Omkar Realtors. The project is expected to be completed by late 2024. It is now a days the 11th tallest building in India.
The building consist of 400-pluse “sky bungalows” area ranging from 2500 sq. To 18200 sq. It has height of around 267m (876ft) and land area of 5,000,000 sq ft. The project consist 2 other buildung and total of A,B,C building towers.

6. NATHANI HEIGHTS
Nathani heights are residential building situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The skyscraper is located near the Mumbai Central railway station, which is one of the busiest in Mumbai. The 262-meter tall skyscraper was first planned in 2011.Construction started in 2012 and completed in 2020.this building is considered to be 13th tallest building in India.it has 72 floors.

7. THREE SIXTY WEST
Three sixty west is skyscraper complex building located in Mumbai. It is a project of two building joined through podium. The tower two is taller than first one by 260m with over 66 floors and tower rise up to 255m and with over 55 floors.
In the second tower consist of office and hotel and private residences are located in first tower. The podium area consists of restaurant and ballrooms. This building tower two considered to be 14th and tower one considered to be 21th tallest commercial skyscraper in India.

Antilia is a mukesh ambani it is located in billionaire’s row in Mumbai, India. Built from 2006 to 2010 at a cost of $2 billion and it valued $4.6 billion at now.
The land area is 4532 sq. Metre which Antilia was built housed an orphanage called Currimbhoy Ebrahim Khoja Yateemkhana, Floor count 27 and lifts/elevators 10.
