Educational Qualifications:
A candidate must have passed Higher Secondary School Examination from Secondary and / or Higher Secondary Education Board or must have any equivalent qualification recognized by the Government:
Provided that in the case of the post for Accounts Clerk, the candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination with Mathematics or Accountancy as one of the subjects;
According to Rule-3 (c) A candidate mus have the basic knowledge of computer application as mentioned in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967; and
According to Rule-3 (d) A candidate must possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati language or Hindi language or both.
