Bright baby:
Brilliant India
Children’s University,
Gandhinagar.

We just celebrated the festival of Uttarayan with enthusiasm. Thus, Uttarayan is the favorite festival of all, young and old. This festival is very popular among children and youth. Now, even in the celebration of festivals, there is a hint of modernity and economic prosperity. Then the memories of childhood are refreshed.

The open stretch of river or farm and the village padar is the main place for our kite flying. Our kite festival started here a few days ago. Within minutes of leaving school, the whole village would reach here to chew kites. At that time he used to buy a kite for ten rupees and one rupee. Sometimes Motera was reprimanded while climbing for the kite. Then sometimes sweet methipak would be found. A kite flying for weeks. Preserving the kite like life. Using Thor’s milk as glue. Thor’s milk was applied on the old kite paper and the kite was glued. Chewing the kite with the preserved string of the previous year.

Earlier, there were houses of native-foreign pipes and leaves. Here, too, we used to fly kites. The elders were often reprimanded. So there was a lot more noise than running on the leaves.

He would rush to get his kite back. Taking care not to rob any kite. It was also a unique pleasure to steal a kite. Also doing many experiments to rob kites. Making tall flags using undergrowth. Sometimes there was a sweet quarrel between friends in kite robbery. But the conflict lasted only a short time.

The next day at school, everyone was talking about kites. Whose kite? What string Who stole how many kites? Someone even robbed the string. The main topic of conversation throughout the day was the kite. Even today, these memories of Uttarayan give joy and thrill to the mind and heart.

Now I have to go to the field to weave eggplant. Entered the farm through the hole in the fence to go to the farm. The bush was closed with bushes so that no cattle could enter the field. Sometimes this loop is closed with a small sledgehammer. Depends on the vision and interest of the farmer. Also, a farmer should close the hole with the thorny branches of acacia or mad acacia. Fences play an important role in preserving farm crops.
